When I begin meditation, I am struck by fear and plagued by anxiety when I close my eyes to face God. How can I overcome this?

This is very common. The pressure is always greatest at the center. It is a matter of physics. The closer we get to our goals, the harder our journey gets. Enduring the pressure and anxiety associated with exploration is how we build the strength to be immortal people.

When you meditate, it is your guides who seek to teach you. These are your family, who are doing as they are told to do, to the level of their ability to understand. So for now, go into your meditations knowing that there is a God but it is your guides who are representing her. Your guides are just like you, they are human!

Our fears are frequency signals which are produced from the action of our guides talking to us. Just like on the earth when someone says something to you that makes you fearful; when our guides talk to us, sometimes that makes us fearful as well and they are doing what they are supposed to do. The closer we get to finding the answers, the more they are supposed to try and stop us. This is how we build strength. Just like in the gym, it is resistance that builds strength and so it is also with our journey toward God.
