Why do you say she, when adressing God?

Response

When I speak to God she presents herself to me as a feminine energy, as a Mother! As a practical matter, how God presents herself to us is a matter of growth. Pray to God or see God in your way (male female or non sexual). Arissa, the name of God as it was presented to me, means to me-"the first being". Our search for God is an individual effort. The truth seeker reads and studies everything. We need to be astute, because we understand the importance of our eternal journey. We don't accept anything but we are acutely aware that anything might be possible. It's not about what I say or what a religious text says or philosophy, it is about what God is telling us as individuals. However, truth is singular, there is only one truth but there are millions of ways to describe it.

Good luck in your journey!
