This is a great question: I will never recommend that anyone ever channel. I refer to channeling as parroting and God is not training us to be parrots for unseen and unknown beings. Unfortunately, most that do this have gone through a channeling period, some do not leave!
All of us are called to explore this darkness. It is the path that takes us through the darkness where enlightenment is found and one day, in our own time and in accordance with free will, we will all follow it. However, this road is extremely difficult. A true explorer understands the risks of their journey. They also understand that success is fleeting. A person in search of truth is not doing it for money, love, power or attention! They are doing it because they heard the call and actually did something about it.
When we follow this path, God breaks us down and if we survive, begins to build us back up again so that we might help another.
When we seek God, we seek God from within. We begin, by telling God with a sincere heart that we care not what happens to us; we ask God to do with us what she will, we say to God- "Let not my will but your will be done!" When God hears these words from a sincere heart, our life begins to change. Many people say these words but God hears very few of them.
When you say to God, "This world is nothing to me; if there is treasure, let it be eternal!" It is illogical to seek anything if its value is not eternal!
If one knocks hard enough, this door will open. If it happens to open for you, let me know and I will be glad to explain what's happening. The answer to this mystery is a great deal more complicated than most who have ever walked this path really know. We often look to the wisdom of the past for answers but nothing could be more deceiving. The greatest wisdom is always found in the now where greater knowledge and understanding exists. When I say this, I'm not taking a thing away from those great mystics who taught us so many wonderful truths. Philosophical logic is universal and has always existed, even in the most ancient of times but the technology that helps us to truly understand the creation and thus the creator, is a matter of evolution. Always allow logic to be your guide.
