Yes- for instance; when we leave the planet at the time of death, we move from one dimension to another. When we dream, we go from one dimension to another. Those of us who have out of body experiences are transported to another dimension for the experience. Dreams and out of body experiences are the same thing with the only difference, being the level of awareness that we are allowed to have. That level of awareness is determined by a computer and exists within very strict boundaries. We have to earn whatever level of experience is allowed for us. The level of experience continues to advance as we earn the right to have them. There is a reason for this secrecy.
Look at our lives on the earth in this way; it is like a secret society that we want to be a part of. However, with knowledge comes responsibility and they don't want anyone to have knowledge at this level, until we can prove that we will use it wisely! If we have proven that ability within the parameters that have been set for us, then- when our time is up, we aspire to whatever level we have earned.
I don't like to use the term parallel universe because other dimensional planets are rotating through the earth and the sun, planets, etc.; therefore, parallel is not a good word to define this. This same process occurs at the universal level as well. Several universes rotate through ours in the same manner. We can't see them because they exist within another pressure spectrum.
For example; our solar system is always in motion moving from one pressure spectrum to another. If you were to be watching our sun from another planet in another solar system light years from this one, you might see in time our sun become smaller and smaller as it came under more relative pressure and eventually it would disappear. When scientists look at other star systems out in space doing this, it is called a black hole or a star nova but these assumptions are inaccurate! What is occurring is that the star we are seeing in our telescope is moving from one dimension to another or to put it another way; it is cycling from one pressure spectrum to another.
Advanced beings can move themselves and craft from one dimension to another and they do this by changing their internal pressure. When you are pressurizing a craft from the inside, it does not have to expand very much at all to move from one dimension to another. This process is accomplished by a very advanced computer. This same process is used when we die. Our aura is not an energy field but another dimensional body that we have. When we die, we instantly inhabit this next body and it is as solid and as much a physical a body as the one we have now. When we move from this body to that one, that dimension shows up and this one goes away with regard to our perception.
