Thanks for your inquiry….
For sure, you’re asking all of the right questions. It’s true, relationships are a good way to exemplify the challenges we face here on the earth. Certainly, we must always be critically evaluating ourselves, as well as our relationships with others. We need to consider the promises we make to one another when we enter into a serious relationship. What we say in earnest should mean something!
Nothing in life is easy, everything is a challenge! We should strive to conquer the challenges in our life, not run away from them. Granted there are situations where we should not walk… but run away from a relationship but in your case, as you have conveyed, this is not the situation.
It is true also, that everything we do here, is preparation for the eternal life that awaits those who are willing to listen to the perfect guidance we get from inside. There are many there, giving us guidance inside but the perfect guidance is the most subtle and if we pay attention, we can tell the difference; we just need to allow ourselves to hear those things that we don’t want to hear, that guide us upstream against the current!
As far as ideal situations go, there aren’t any! The magic fairy dust only lasts so long and then it’s back to work. This so called magic fairy dust that attracts us to one another, is just that. This is a drug of sorts that our guides administer to get us hooked up for one reason or another. Once the job has been completed, they are doing something else. So, ideal situations are always temporary.
I need to say this one more thing before I wrap this up; “sex does” exist in heaven! Soul mates do exist in heaven, paradise or whatever one wants to call this eternal community. We don’t even get into this community until we find them. We won’t find them here on the earth. We can’t have a real relationship until we become someone who is capable of having a relationship and if we are here on the earth, we are not yet ready!
Nothing changes about us when we leave the earth. We are completely human, including our sexuality. It is true in all of the many places we go to out there when we leave the earth, that we are separated from the other gender until we have, at least, had an opportunity to concentrate on our path forward. Most of us leave this path after a period of time and we can hook up but for those who take the path less traveled, our celibacy continues until we have gotten to a certain point in our growth. It is at this time, that we meet our soul mates. When this happens, sex (good old fashion human sex) does occur with our one true love and with great abundance, from then till eternity. It definitely gives us something to look forward to.
I hope this helps!
