I, like many people, have been very affected by the Trials of Gabriel Fernandez on Netflix. My question is, what happens to a child when they are murdered, by their own parent(s)?? There are so many unanswered questions in this documentary, but the main one for me was is this child’s soul going to be okay? Will justice be served for him in the afterlife?

Thank you for your inquiry and caring! I was deeply moved by this story. How anyone can be so violent, so completely insensitive, particularly to a child, is beyond me. As I prayed about this issue, The face of this child came to me. He was smiling! I felt his happiness. He was playing with other children ( possibly children who had suffered a similar fate) and the pain of this world, with all its cruelty and neglect was withering away, with each and every passing day.

The world we go to when we leave the earth, is very much like the world we live in on the earth. There, we have physical bodies and life is fairly the same as earth. However, for children, it is a paradise. When I say that, I mean that the child gets to grow to adulthood with the very best of everything. They are educated there, they are parented; those who watch over them are the very best at raising children. They are shown how to be responsible, caring, loving, intelligent adults and in time, they all learn how to be those who are capable of living in an immortal society.

I considered those who hurt this child and I became angry because to me, there’s nothing we can do to them that would be punishment enough! God reminded me that his will is perfect! None of us ever get away with anything! It’s Gods love that will seek justice, God’s perfect justice will prevail! This child will never suffer cruelty again, forever!
