According to the bible (which I know is not completely true), Jesus promises us Heaven on Earth. If this is not one of the bible’s decietful additions, I believe this is a society which does nothing but facilitate the spiritual growth of humans so that it is much easier for us to become divine. Do you think this is possible for our future? What are your opinions on this subject?

Heaven is on the earth but heaven exists anywhere where those who have the strength of character to live in an immortal community live together. It's true that the bible has been misinterpreted and used throughout the ages for political gain but much of it is truly divinely inspired. Differentiating between the fabrication and the divine in religious text is a task all of us should take the time and effort to undertake. Heaven is not here on the earth today- obviously, but one day, hopefully not too far in the distant future as evolution will solve the problems that keep heaven divided from the earth. So, in a manner of speaking, heaven will one day be on the earth!
