They are not genderless, they do not however, have genitalia. Consider that these extraterrestrials were once physiologically human. Their lack of a sexual mechanism, is not a product of evolution but rather a choice between human sexuality and immortality. This is a choice that the elite of our own society will be faced with in the future. Granted, this decision is not made without a perceived alternative, albeit a synthetic, not a natural one.
Sadly, once these physiological changes are made, they cannot be easily reversed. This is why they monitor us. They want to become human again and they continuously monitor our DNA. They watch us come and go to and from the earth and come again, in hope of discovering a stairway to paradise.
This is what happens when man in his infinite wisdom, plays God and makes decisions that only a higher power can make. We come into this world cloaked in the greatest technology. What these beings have done and what our own society will do in the future, is to create a cheap imitation of something we already had!
