I appreciate you asking this question because I don't think anyone in the past has ever asked me about what happens to animals when they leave the planet. Animals leave the planet in the same way that people do. They never die and yes they do reincarnate when it is time for them to do so. This includes extinct animals as well. They wait out there and continue to live their lives. It is not uncommon to see dogs and cats and animals of all sorts. People will often reunite "out there" with their beloved pets. As for wild animals, there is a place where they remain young and healthy (just like people out there) and continue to do what wild animals do. Animals evolve just like people; however, they are designed like people by our creator to perform a specific function. For instance:
For instance: There have been times in the earths past where oceans were shallow and the climate was much warmer. At these times, God needs large sea creatures who keep the algae and other water plants from getting out of hand. When the food supply disappears, the animals leave the planet and go back out there to wait for a time when they are needed back on the earth once again.
When I use the term divine, advanced or primitive, I am referring to a level of technology possessed by humans. However, if I had to choose one of these terms in order to divine animals, I would have to say that they are divine because they are born and die perfect! All animals go to paradise when they leave the planet but all animals with the exception of a few domestic pets are always subject to be sent back to earth, unlike those who can extract themselves from the cycle of life and death when they have gained the wisdom, through their own effort, to live in an eternal community. Animals evolve just like people evolve-how far they will go, is anyone guess but it will be interesting to watch them as we walk the path of eternity.
Thanks for your questions,
