Great Question!
What we do here on the earth is mirrored there; however, war out there between people "out there" is generally fought vicariously thru us. Every type of scenario that can exist here on the earth also exists, “out there” to one degree or another; even physical war but this would be rare; with this exception… ‘When advanced beings fight with one another on a personal level “out there”, they simply make each other feel uncomfortable by sending their enemy a frequency signal that makes them feel bad.
Courage only exists in a world of perceived mortality, like the earth. To those “out there”, mortality is more of a game that they just make as real as they can make it. We do the fighting and dying and they pretend to be courageous. I'm pointing out the very worst scenario using an example of the very worst of us “out there” to point it out. Nevertheless, war on earth seems likely, to this point, to be never ceasing unless and until people change, war will continue to exist here on earth and “out there”.
There is a power structure out there and it is the same as the power structure that exists here on the earth. However, there is another power structure that exists to help us to become those who can live together in a truly immortal community. I refer to these beings as “Divine beings”. They are few and their numbers only increase as we all find our way to them through the process of transforming ourselves. The balance of war will turn when there are more Divine beings than there is the other. As we find our way to the Divine, one by one, war and even the cycle of life and death will leave forever and we…. whom as as a true immortal society, will go on to help others in the universe that must walk the same path and achieve the same.
