Do our friends and loved ones who we meet here on Earth have significance to us pre-birth? For instance, are the paths we cross with one another a mere coincidence since there are so many souls who decided to come to Earth? Or, are these “relationships” premeditated and staged by ourselves in order to see what we would be like if we had just “met” on Earth by chance? Were these people in our lives before we came to Earth? Or is it a combination, like some of the people we may have known before while some may be new?

There is not a definitive answer to your question. However, out there, solamenta like on the earth, society is divided to some extent- by families. When we consider this, we must consider that solamenta is an immortal society, interrupted only by the occasional life on earth. Out there, families are very large and they grow and contract as some of us may marry into other families.

Every sort of scenario that can be imagined can exist so to make a claim could be confusing but I will say that it is entirely possible for us to have known those we meet on the earth. This would particularly apply to family members.

Furthermore, one of the missions of those is to include attempting to bring together lovers (from here or there), family members and those we have been married to in past lives on the earth. I would not say this is true for everyone but it does happen.

Out there, our identities while we are on the earth are hidden for the most part from those who do not have the clearance to know who we are. Our identities while we are on the earth are for the most part, "top secret"! With this in mind, if there are any prearranged meetings of family members or lovers on the earth, it is something only those who guide us would know and it could have been a requirement of our reassignment to earth. If they can get us to certain people for whatever the reason, it is an example that the person on the earth is hearing them at some level and that those who guide us are doing a good job.

When our time on earth is over and we return to solamenta, we are met there by our friends, family, associates and even past lovers but those who meet us, could only know we are coming back if they are part of our team and have the proper security clearance. So, only those who really care about us such as our close family members (immediate family) or very close friends that knew us on the earth or those who have been assigned to guide us, would know us there.
