I'm not familiar with this information; however, I do know that these advanced beings have been with us for a very long time and that they have made contact with several governments of the world. However, their contact is limited and deceptive.

When advanced beings make contact with humans, their agenda is to lead us away from developing advanced or other dimensional technology- that could, in the future, threaten them.
