How do we eliminate the negativity, meanness or evil that we all seem to have within us?

We cannot be human without choice. Without choice we would only be walking talking machines. We evolve from machines, when we begin to make the choices that follow the path of greatest resistance- when we swim upstream fighting the current. It is not that these things exist within us; they are choices that are always being presented to us. We do not have to choose to be negative, mean or even evil. Evil is a voice but it is not the voice of Satan that we hear, it is the voice of God presenting these options to us. The voice of righteousness is also speaking to us, this is God also.

If this process of choice were not present, we could never become eternally happy. Evil defines good and good, evil. Sadness defines happiness. Would you give up the opportunity for yourself and for all humanity to be eternally happy? We all desire eternal happiness but it could not exist if it weren't for those things that define it. We evolve from machines into human beings when we stop listening to the voice of pain, negativity, meanness and evil.

The process that leads us to "eternal happiness" is there for all to see and when we become strong enough to push those doors open, it is ours. God created us all to live with her in Paradise forever but the process of turning a machine into a human being is a long and painful process. It is she that says to us these things that are both evil and righteous; God prays that we will not listen when she attempts to lead us to oblivion, and weeps when we do.

Say this prayer with me...
God, make me a person that will live in Paradise forever. I care not what you do to with me; let not my will, but your will be done...amen.
