When I meditate, are these the guides I feel, angels other beings. I asked to communicate with higher self, about nine months ago. I had an experience that was strange, at first. I had the loud buzzing in ears, and a pulsating/ pushing from inside my body, like someone got a ball point pen and poking under the skin, just like a computer scanner would do reading a document. My entire body head to toe felt like it was being repaired or something. It didn’t hurt at all. Freaked me out at first. I stopped after a few minutes. It picked up the next nite, where it left off, lasted about 30-40 min. I was so drained for a week after. I feel like I’m a different person.

I think it is a more accurate statement to refer to meditation as listening. When we meditate, we and "they" are attempting to fulfill one of our primary objectives while we are here on the earth; to establish a connection. The reason this is so important is that when we do this properly, we can be more clearly instructed by our guides and in so doing learn what we need to learn so that we can leave the cycle of life and death forever.

The buzzing in the ears and the pulsating is common. The level of the experience that we have is dictated by the boundaries that they must adhere to when making contact at this level. Be cognizant that we are here for a purpose; that being to develop the characteristics that will allow us to live in an immortal community. If we do not learn our lessons here then we must repeat our lives here on the earth, over and over until we do.

Earth is a good place for immortal beings to come to learn because the façade of morality we experience while we are here adds a certain level of desperation to our learning program. Your guides who are not a great deal different than you are want you to develop good character, and whatever they do to get you to that point, to get you to listen, is their total and complete objective.
